So, for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of air flight, any political problem resulting in an unusual situation to conduct a tour, etc. we shall not be directly responsible. While the tour operator will responsible for extending all possible assistance in overcoming those problems, but the guest must pay any extra cost incurred due to these problems.
• The time mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to weather condition, tides in the river, convenience of the travelers and other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in case of such circumstance.
• The travelers are requested to contact with the tour operator/host/organizer incase they face any kind of trouble/problem during the tour.
• No alcohol will be available for sale on board.

• The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled twenty-eight (28) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
• 80% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled twenty-one (21) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
• 50% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
• No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than fourteen (14) prior to the start of the experience/tour.
