- The travelers are requested to contact with the tour operator/host/organizer incase they face any kind of trouble/problem during the tour.
- Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
- Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.
- Travelers are strongly encouraged not to misbehave with any local inhabitant. Travelers are asked to seek help from tour operator/host/organizer incase they need to contact with any local people.
- Consumption of any sort of intoxicating drug is strictly prohibited.
- Car parking is available. No charge needs to be paid for parking.

Child Policy
- No fee will be needed for children below the age of two (2). No separate seat will be provided in case of transportation and accommodation.
- 80% fee must be paid for any child between the age of two (2) and five (5) years old.
- Full amount of money must be paid for anyone above five (5) years old.
- The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded only if the booking is canceled within forty-eight (48) hours after the completion of the booking.
- 50% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled seven (7) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
- No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than ninety six (96) hours prior to the start of the experience/tour.
- Convenience fee is non-refundable.
- Up to 7 working days required to process the refund.

Do keep in mind that you’re en-route to experience the country’s first community tourism project, where the stakeholders work with the local community through a systematic revenue-sharing model.
All revenue generated during your stay at Munlai contributes directly to the development of the community, and helps us to take a step forward towards achieving the dream of becoming the cleanliest and the most beautiful village of Bangladesh.
Travelers who have received at least one dose of SARS CoV-2 (Covid-19) vaccine will be allowed to participate in this tour.
Atop the lush green hills of Bandarban, amidst the serenity of the green forests, lies one of the cleanliest and a breathtakingly beautiful village of the Chittagong Hill Tracts known by the name of Munlai para. This village is the dwelling abode of 60 families of the indigenous Bawm tribe and proud co-operators of the country’s first ever community tourism project of the hill tracts. The families are mostly dependent on farming on the hills, treading their footprints across the Jhum fields and vast acres of fruit orchards, while the women still weave their own clothes designed with their traditional patterns passed down through generations of heritage and culture.
Munlai Inclusive Tourism, an initiative of the BaseCamp Adventures Ltd., strives to inspire adventure through tourism, while promoting a sense of empowerment through positive impact on the lifestyle and cultural values of the local Pahari community through this community tourism model.
Munlai have created the unique homestay experiences for their guests to adapt into the simple livelihood of the tribe. All basic amenities have been installed in Munlai for the travelers, and the thrill of adventurous activities is sure to bring up the adrenaline rush in you. And lastly, the traditional cuisine of the hill tracts fused with Basecamp’s signature dishes is an out of the world experience which will leave your taste buds tingling for more, altogether a mysterious adventure awaiting right here for you at the doorsteps of Munlai .
