Age Policy:

Note that children aged 0-2 years old are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai for safety reasons. Children 3 years and above are allowed to enter Ski Dubai but with parent/adult supervision. Children under 13 years of age must wear helmets at all times and are to be supervised by an adult of 16 years.

For Giant Ball, a minimum height required for children is 1.0 meters

For Mountain Thriller, minimum height required is 1.2 meters

• Note that there is no-cancellation policy for this attraction. Tickets that are once purchased cannot be canceled.

The all-day Ski Dubai Snow Classic Pass will ensure a basic access to all the areas of the Snow Park. From building your very own snowman in the mystical Ice Cave to enjoying the rides in the park, you got it all! 

Use your single ride on the Chairlift to get to the top of the park and take the ride on the Mountain Thriller as you ride downhill from the very top of Ski Dubai and experience the thrills of a ride through the mountains.

The pass also gives you unlimited access to the tubing and toboggan runs, as well as the snow bumpers, hence most of your day will be filled with fun slipping and sliding down the slopes in the snow.

• The Adult pricing applies to all guests who are aged 3 or more for this experience.

• For safety reasons, children below 2 years old are not allowed to enter Ski Dubai.

• Please note that the Zorb Ball (Giant Ball) ride and the Mountain Thriller are not recommended for senior citizens, pregnant women, or those with back and neck problems.

• Note that caps are not included in the winter attire provided so please bring your own should you be particularly sensitive to freezing weather.

• Note that access to the ski area is not included in this pass.
