Samsung mobile phones do not support eSIM due to different versions in different countries of purchase, please check with Samsung official website for other regions.
A QR code can only be scanned and installed once, and the device cannot be replaced or deleted after binding, and once deleted, it cannot be rescanned and installed, and it needs to be purchased again.

How to Use It
"How do install an eSIM ?
Please do not use your camera or other apps to scan the QR code, it must be done through your phone's settings.
To install eSIM, your phone must be connected to Internet, please confirm that there is WiFi or a mobile network is available before installation.
To add an eSIM to an eSIM-enabled device.
Settings - Mobile Services - Add Mobile Services Solution/Add ESIM
Scan the QR code. (If you cannot scan the QR code, please manually enter SM-DP + Address and Activation Code.) ）
After confirming ""Add Mobile Service Plan"", the phone will show that it is starting, after adding successfully, just click ""OK"" to complete the installation of the eSIM. Before reaching your destination, we recommend that you disable the eSIM.
The name ""Mobile Data"" can be modified through the ""Action Plan Label"". We recommend that you rename its label to ""Tours"" for identification.
After arriving at the destination, turn off other SIM cards, only enable travel and data roaming, and you can surf the Internet normally.
If you cannot access the Internet normally, please set the APN. (Generally, it will be automatically defaulted, and if it cannot be automatically defaulted, it needs to be set manually)

How to Use It
"How To Install Billion Connect eSIM ?
Here take iPhones as an example. The actual texts might differ depending on the iOS version and the device.
*After booking, you will receive an email titled ""eSIM Information and Quick start guide"" with installation instructions and a reminder of the latest installation time.
Please do not use your camera or other APPs to scan the QR code. It needs to be set on your phone/device.
You must have a network to install eSIM. Please ensure that there is available WiFi or mobile data before installation.
Add eSIM to devices that support eSIM.
Go to Settings – Cellular Data – Add a Cellular Network Plan
Scan the QR code or enter SM-DP +Address and Activation Code manually.
If you see the ""Welcome to Billion Connect!"",  just click “OK” to complete the installation. We recommend that you disable eSIM until you reach your destination.
The name ""Cellular data"" can be changed by ""Cellular number label"". We recommend that you rename it to ""BC"" for easy identification.
After arriving at the destination, please open your eSIM ""BC"" and enable “Data Roaming”. Then you can access the Internet.
Check the APN of BC eSIM when your phone cannot be connected to the Internet.

If there are problems such as activation failure, please contact Customer Service without deleting the eSIM.（The eSIM can only be installed one time by one phone or one device. If removed, it cannot be added again and must be purchased again. ）

Click Settings on your mobile phone and open Cellular (ios) or SIM Card Management (Android)
Click to add a Cellular Plan (ios) or SIM Card (Android), and then agree to download Cellular Plan (ios) or SIM Card (Android), after that, use the mobile phone to scan the QR code to download
How to use the Internet?
 After the download is successful, close the primary card if you already have
Enable the Cellular Plan (ios) or SIM Card (Android), and the LTE logo will be displayed in the upper right corner after success
Turn on roaming to connect to the network and then can surf the Internet normally
Please note that if there is no network after enabling, please turn on the airplane mode and then turn off or restart the phone
How to close?
 Open the open Cellular (ios) or SIM Card Management (Android),  and click to turn off the Cellular Plan (ios) or SIM Card (Android) (the steps of enabling and disabling are the same)
