Things to keep in mind

This tour starts from Tahirpur which is approximately 35 kilometers away from sunamganj. If you want the boat to pick you up from Sunamganj then an additional amount of BDT 3000 has to be paid.
The time mentioned in the itinerary are subject to change due to water condition, tides in the river, convenience of the travelers and other unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are requested to cooperate with the operator/host/organizer in case of such circumstance.
Travelers are requested to contact with the tour operator/host/organizer incase they face any kind of trouble/problem during the tour.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to maintain and respect customs and rituals of the local people.
Always be respectful of the rules and guidelines of the tourist spots.
Do not litter, use a disposable bag as a portable trash bin.

In case of extremely rare scenario of snake bite or poisonous insect bite, there is no ante-venom available on boat. The nearest hospital is 5 hours away.
There is no separate dinning space on this boat. Everyone will have their meals on the open deck of the boat.

Cancellation Policy

The full amount of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled seven (7) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
75% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled five (5) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
50% of the tour fee will be refunded if the booking is canceled three (3) days prior to the start of the experience/tour.
No refund will be provided if the booking is canceled less than two (2) days or forty-eight (48) hours prior to the start of the experience/tour.
