You'll also capture stunning views of South Beach, the Downtown Miami skyline, and beautiful Biscayne Bay. The bi-level yachts feature air-conditioning, shaded viewing decks, a full cash bar and restroom facilities. Joining the cruise is simple - just hop off the bus at our Bayside Marketplace stop to connect with the sightseeing boat cruise, operated by Island Queen Cruises every hour, on the hour, between 11:00am - 6:00pm. About the Everglades Experience Tour
Your Everglades Experience begins in Miami, where you'll be collected by our special Big Bus coach. You'll journey out to the Everglades Holiday Park, a 50-minute drive away within the Everglades Natural Park. First you'll embark on a journey through the famed 'river of grass' on an unique Florida airboat, complete with live guide. They'll point out wildlife like turtles, birds and alligators. Next up is a wildlife show where you'll see alligators expertly handled by keepers using traditional Seminole Indian techniques. The experience concludes with the opportunity to hold and get photos with a real baby alligator! Before your coach journey back to Miami, you'll have free time to grab a bite to eat, explore the souvenir shop or relax by the water.

Everglades Tour
Our Everglades tours depart from two locations:
Bayside Marketplace: 401 Biscayne Blvd (metro bus stop in front of Island Queen Café) & Soundscape Park: 1680 Washington Ave (metro bus stop opposite the Greenview Hotel)
Departure times are as follows;
8.30am & 2:00pm from Stop #2 Miami Beach (Soundscape Park, 1680 Washington Ave), or at;
9.00am & 2:30pm from Stop #1 Downtown Miami (Bayside Marketplace, 401 Biscayne Blvd).
Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of your chosen departure time. The journey to the Everglades Holiday Park takes between 45-60 minutes. Total tour duration is approximately 4 hours.
Important Information:
Please inform us in advance if you have accessibility requirements (e.g. if you are a wheelchair user) so we are able to make arrangements to accommodate you comfortably. On the day, please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring water, and consider wearing a hat, sunscreen and insect repellent.
About the Everglades:
The Everglades is a unique wetland ecosystem in southern Florida, with 5,000 square miles of slow-flowing water supporting grasslands, thick forests and diverse groups of animal life. Often referred to as the 'River of Grass', the swampy Everglades create endless prairies of sawgrass that rise 3 to 10 feet above the surface of the water. The sawgrass is often so dense that travel is possible only through shallow natural water passages, hence the use of those famous flat-bottomed Florida airboats. The Everglades are known for birds like the roseate spoonbill, great blue heron and a variety of egrets. Marine life includes alligators, American crocodiles, soft shelled turtles and fish such as red teriera, large mouth bass, redfish, and catfish. Other wildlife in the Everglades National Park includes deer, the endangered Florida panther and over 28 different snakes.

What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Customers aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
On which days does the tour operate?
Big Bus Tours Miami operates daily excluding 29 January (Miami Marathon). If unexpected closures due to special events or extreme weather conditions arise, information will be published on our platform.
What can I see and visit?
Big Bus Tours Miami takes you to some of the city's most exciting areas, including South Beach, Little Havana, Wynwood, Downtown and more. With Big Bus Tours Miami you're free to hop off the bus as much as you like or stay on board for the entire tour loop. We have over 20 different stops, all conveniently located close to great landmarks and attractions, making it easy for you to explore the city at your own leisure.
Do I need specify a date for travel?
Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.

Are you able to drink alcohol on Big Bus Tours?
You are not allowed to carry or consume alcohol on any of our buses. However, water and other soft drinks are allowed on the bus.
Accessibility
Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the upper deck on our entire fleet is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
