It is time for you to escape the desert heat and head on over to the Chillout Lounge, the Middle East's first and only ice lounge, home to many mesmerizing ice sculptures, ice-seating, and sub-zero temperatures! 

As you arrive, you will be handed thermal clothing to keep you warm through the chills: a hooded parka, woolen gloves, shoes and socks, gloves, and a hat. 

Spend a few minutes in the buffer zone as you let your body adjust to the low temperature as low as 5 degrees Celsius. 

This 1-hour experience is catered only for you to marvel at the truly innovative use of refrigeration, the beautiful lighting, and the amazing architecture. The diffused lighting changes colors and seeps out through clear blocks of ice which ends up creating hues of mesmerizing patterns all around you.

Anything of your comfort and casualness that will let you walk around easily and is modest and covered as revealing clothes is not a culture of the Middle East.

Important Information

• It is recommended that you do not take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge (although this is at the parent's discretion).

• Note that children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the tour or attraction visit.

• Thermal clothing will be provided for all guests. It is recommended that you wear clothing covering your legs as thermal trousers are not provided. The lounge also has a buffer zone where guests are advised to spend 2-3 minutes acclimatizing their bodies to the sub-zero temperature inside the lounge.

• Note that some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
