What is the child policy?

A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

Is there a commentary available in my language?

The Big Bus Abu Dhabi sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either: English, Arabic, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian and Chinese. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

Which days do the tours operate?

Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi operates every day of the year, even throughout the summer.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
I have a stopover between flights and would like to take a tour. Where is the nearest start point to the airport?
City Tour (Red Route): Our stop at Abu Dhabi Mall is the nearest Red Route stop to Abu Dhabi International airport (approx. 30 minutes' drive). Island Tour (Green Route): Our stop at Yas Mall is the nearest Green Route stop to Abu Dhabi International airport (approx. 17 minutes' drive).

Visit one of the largest mosques in the world. This ticket includes a return shuttle to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a shining architectural wonder and icon of Abu Dhabi that can accommodate up to 40,000 worshippers. On arrival, you can join a guided tour of the Mosque in English. Tickets must be redeemed with a Big Bus Tours staff member prior to your visit. Please note there is a strict dress code in effect at the Mosque.
